I am pleased to announce the opening of the SmartLipo Center at our Bethesda location. SmartLipo Laser liposuction is performed in our office under local anesthesia and light sedation. 

Cynosure’s SmartLipo Triplex laser is unlike any other on the market today. It offers three wavelengths and increased power that allows me to effortlessly contour fat, seal blood vessels and shrink skin in one procedure. This means you can have the liposuction procedure you have wanted in the office saving you time and money with no need for general anesthesia. Fat can be removed with far less trauma and less bleeding  which means an easier procedure with less bruising and pain. The added value of laser assisted skin shrinkage gives you the opportunity to tighten skin in the neck and arm area that used to be problematic with regular liposuction procedures.
